We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. ONLY Maternity, Women’s, Men’s products are eligible for return. All other products are final sale, we do not accept returns due to the safety of every baby & toddler.

Return Conditions:

• Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

• Original Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached.

• No Stains or Damages: There should be no stains, tears, or other damage to the item.

Return Process:

Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email, goldenminime@Gmail.com to initiate the return process.

Obtain a Return Authorization: You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that must be included with your return.

You with ship Your Return: Package the item(s) securely, including the RA# and a copy of your original order confirmation. Ship the return to the address provided by customer service.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
